Although the Tiger roster includes some big players such as Rod Archer (6’1”, 238); Bram Erikson (6’1″, 205) and Kilabuc Qupee (6’4″, 217), no one has been larger in the month of January than the diminutive Frankie Hart. Being the “smallest” player on the Tigers has not handicapped Hart in any way and certainly has not stopped him from becoming the third top point getter on the team.With two of their top guns out for a number of games Campbellton was in need of someone to step up and provide that offensive punch. Hart has risen to the occasion. In the eight games so far this month, he has racked up ten points with 3 goals and seven assists. However, it is not the scoring stats which makes his performance notable. It is a combination of work ethic, determination, solid team play and leadership by example. He plays hard on the boards and tough in front of the net, areas more often dominated by the heavy weights. His gritty style is probably why so many fans have been heard to say, “Hart has a lot of heart”. Add to that, guts and talent and you have why so many Tiger followers enjoy watching the play of Frankie Hart.

Il a un excellent éthique de travail, est déterminé, est joueur d’ équipe, contrôle bien le disque, a un bon lancé et n’a peur de rien. Il joue bien dans les coins et devant le filet pour un gars de sa taille. Enfin, il prêche par l’exemple . Le joueur de Timmins, Ontario, ( lieu d’origine de Frank et Peter Mahovlich et de Shania Twain) Hart, n’est certes pas le plus gros de l’équipe; mais en janvier 2012, il en a mis plein la vue aux partisans des Tigres en montant aux barricades pour les siens.
